All sales are final on all items.  Unfortunately, we do not take any refunds or exchanges unless your product is defective.  If you need to make a return or exchange for a defective product, you can do so as long as you do it before 30 days have passed since placing your order.  Please contact us support@yourpodplug.com

For items that you wish to return please either send video and/or audio proof of the issue over to support@yourpodpug.com OR you can send us back the product(s) unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Please make sure that your order is correct before placing it.  We do not offer cancellations or exchanges for incorrect orders.  We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer or packages that were stolen or lost after delivery.  If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer.

Please note that if it has been over 30 days from the date you placed your order, then we are unable to accept your refund or return.
